Our 30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All accessories, packaging, manuals, and bonus items must be included
- Product must not show signs of damage caused by misuse
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Restocking & Handling Fee
Because international shipping and fulfillment costs are non-recoverable, a 30% restocking and processing fee will be deducted from the product price (excluding taxes and shipping fees).

Non-Refundable Situations
To maintain fair pricing and efficient operations, refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds if:
- The customer changes their mind after purchase
- The product is no longer wanted or needed
- Incorrect product selection was made by the customer
- The customer expected different results without product defect
Discounted or Promotional Items
Items purchased during:
- Sales events
- Promotional campaigns
- Discounted pricing
- Limited-time offers
are not eligible for refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Price adjustments will not be provided if an item goes on sale after your purchase.
Shipping & Delivery Related Cases
Refunds are not granted for:
- Delivery delays caused by courier services or customs clearance
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability
Used or Opened Products
Returns and refunds may be rejected if:
- The product has been used beyond reasonable inspection
- Original packaging or accessories are missing
- Item shows signs of wear, misuse, or modification
Other Cases
Returns may not be accepted if:
- Product has been used or damaged by the customer
