Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours after placement.

To cancel your order, please contact us via email:

Subject line: Order Cancellation

Include your order number.

If the request is received within this timeframe and the order has not entered processing, a full refund will be issued.

Please note:

  • Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Exchange Policy

We accept product exchanges within 30 days from delivery.

To request an exchange:

Email support@anrisesmart.com with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos & videos of the product

The item must be returned in original condition with all included components and packaging.

Exchange Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • A replacement order will be prepared
  • The replacement item will ship within 7 business days

Exchange Fee

A 30% processing and reshipping fee applies to exchanges to cover international logistics and handling costs.

This fee will be waived if the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect.

Important Notes

  • Delivery times for replacement items follow standard shipping estimates.
  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items.
  • Exchanges are limited to the same product or equivalent value.
