Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours after placement.
To cancel your order, please contact us via email:
If the request is received within this timeframe and the order has not entered processing, a full refund will be issued.
Please note:
- Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Exchange Policy
We accept product exchanges within 30 days from delivery.
To request an exchange:
Email support@anrisesmart.com with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos & videos of the product
The item must be returned in original condition with all included components and packaging.

Exchange Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- A replacement order will be prepared
- The replacement item will ship within 7 business days

Exchange Fee
A 30% processing and reshipping fee applies to exchanges to cover international logistics and handling costs.
This fee will be waived if the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect.

Important Notes
- Delivery times for replacement items follow standard shipping estimates.
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items.
- Exchanges are limited to the same product or equivalent value.
